We want you to feel happy and confident about your purchase; hence we stand behind the quality of our cloth diapers. Every diaper is made with the best fabric and utmost care is taken to ensure that the design of each diaper is functional and comfortable for babies. In the off chance that you do experience a manufacturing defect in the following, we would happily send you a replacement.

Areas covered under warranty:

Snap Defect: If a snap is coming apart from the fabric, or has completely fallen off

TPU Defect: If the waterproof layer is separating and peeling away from the fabric

Sewing Defects (only applicable on NEW diapers) : If the diaper stitching is coming loose or the diaper is coming apart at the seams ( Please note this does not include normal wear and tear )

Note: All warranty claims should be accompanied with the original proof of purchase. No exceptions.
